Blessing of the Stars

Dec. 04: The Thrissur community blessed the star of Advent and the Wreath. The community was very happy of the star made by third and second year brothers as well as welcoming the advent session.

Dec. 05: The community was very grateful and was happy to welcome Fr. Tom Uzhunnalil. It was the time of sharing with him that makes memorable, who gave us zeal to become powerful missionary be faithful to the call.

Welcome to Fr. Pradeep

Dec. 07: The community gave a warm welcome to Fr. Pradeep the Vice-Province. The community was very happy and enjoyed his presence.

Installing the Relics of the Saints

Dec. 07: We all went to the mercy home for the Holy Mass followed by the Blessing of the Relics of Saints. The hard work of Fr. Francis and all those who worked behind this, made the altar look very beautiful. The Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. Francis and at the end Relics was blessed by Fr. Antony.

Happy Birthday Bro. Dewan

Dec. 07: The community celebrated the birthday of Brother Dewan. We all wished him the greetings of the day and the prayers for his family. The community prayed for him and for his vocation.

Farewell to Fr. Lijo

Dec. 13: Fr. Lijo and Fr. Mathew who were assigned in different places and transferred and the community gave farewell. The community organized a send of program for them and wished them all the very best for their future ministry.

Welcome to Mother General

Dec. 13: The community gave a warmest welcome to Mother General of Trinitarian Sisters. We had good time with her and enjoyed her presence in the community.

Memorial Mass of Fr. Tomy

Dec. 16: The community and the family members of Fr. Tomy did the office of the dead in the cemetery. We had Holy Mass offered particularly for Fr. Tomy.

Feast of St. John De Matha

Dec. 17: It was the joy and the happiness of the community to celebrate the feast day of our founder St. John De Matha. Third Order members joined the celebration to share the joy. The Trinitarian sisters also joined with us to celebrate the feast day.

Pre-Christmas Celebration

Dec. 21: The community had Christmas celebration and gift exchanging three days early because the brothers had to go for vacation. Also the community invited for the celebration to the members of Mercy Home.

Christmas Celebration

Dec. 25: This was the day all were awaiting for the king to be born and the king was born and the community of Thrissur had the celebration of Christmas along with Sisters and the members of the Mercy Home.

CRI Rangia Zone Pre-Christmas Celebration

Dec. 09: The Community at Tulsibari hosted the Pre-Christmas Celebration of CRI Rangia Zone. Fr. Xavier Kachappilly, the President of CRI Zone, welcomed the gathering and Sr. Litty ASMI delivered a Christmas message. The Program started with the Holy Eucharist at 4 P.M. followed by different programs and ended with a sumptuous dinner at 8.30 P.M. Around 45 religious gathered.

DeMatha Boy’s Home Pre-Christmas Celebration

Dec. 11: Fr. Jaison and community arranged a Pre-Christmas Celebration for the community in Assam. Fathers from DeMatha Home also joined the program. Brothers presented a short program and exchanged the Christmas gift.

DeMatha School Pre-Christmas Celebration

Dec. 17: DeMatha School celebrated the pre-Christmas celebration along with the feast of St. John de Matha. Fr. Xavier welcomed all the teachers and non-teacher staff to the Program. Fr. Jaison delivered a Christmas message. There was carol singing and the Santa Claus. The program concluded with a delicious Christmas Lunch.

Christmas Celebration at Tritva Bhavan

Dec. 24: The Community celebrated the Christmas Eve at DeMatha Boy’s Home. Frs. Sunil, Rinto, and Diljo celebrated the Holy Eucharist along with the Brothers. After the Holy Eucharist, there was a get-together of the community by 8.30 P.M.

Happy Birthday Fr. Sunil

Dec. 27: The Community celebrated the Birthday of Fr. Sunil, the Minister Conventual. Nearby religious and Parish priests were gathered to felicitate him. Fr. Rinto coordinated the program. There was a prayer service under the animation of Fr. Rinto followed by wishing and a delicious dinner.

Thanksgiving Celebration

Dec. 31: The Community took an hour of adoration to thank the Lord for the blessings received in the year 2023 and it was concluded with the Holy Eucharist. Fr. Rinto was the main celebrant and Fr. Sunil delivered the message.

Welcome Fr. Jose Narlaly

Dec. 12: Fr. Jose came to the community in Campomaggiore for the preparation for taking up the new appointment in the community. The community welcomed whole heartedly Fr. Jose to the community.

Feast of St. John De Matha

Dec. 17: The community celebrated the feast of the Founder of the Trinitarian religious Order. We invited three trinitarian religious communities from nearby places. We had lunch together; in the evening we had holy eucharist.

Christmas at the Community

Dec. 25: Community celebrated Christmas by exchanging the Christmas gifts after the midnight celebration.

Christmas at Ventosa

Dec. 25: We celebrated Christmas at Ventosa, after the Holy Mass we wished each other, shared sweets and gifts with children.

Renewal Of Sr. Ann And Sr. Simin

On 2nd December 2023 Sr. Simin renewed her vows for one more year in our congregation. Her vows were received by Sr. Alphonsa, the superior of the community. And on 21 December Sr. Ann who came from Kenya renewed her vows for one more year and her vows were received by our Mother General. We had a special prayer service …

Welcome to Mother General

Dec. 11: Mother Belen Berjillo, the new Mother General's first canonical visit was from December 11th to 22nd. We gave her a warm welcome in our community. It was a golden opportunity for all the members of the community to have personal meetings and sharing. We enjoyed her presence in the community.

Farewell Frs. Mathew and Lijo

Dec. 14: We gave the farewell to our beloved Fr. Mathew and Fr. Lijo who got transferred to other places. We invited them in our community on 14th December 2023; we gave thanks to the fathers for all their support and concern towards our community. Our Novices Liji and Laxmi proposed thanks to the Fathers.

Christmas Celebration

Dec. 25: We began advent with lot of preparations. Aspirants, novices and juniors did different activities and prayers for 25 days. We made the crib and we made the cradle for Baby Jesus born for all the humanity. We decorated the house with light and stars. It was a beautiful time of togetherness.

Happy Birthday Bro. Anugrah

Dec. 03: The community marked the birthday of Brother Anugrah with joyous celebrations. During the Holy Mass, we offered special prayers for him and his family, dedicating this occasion to their well-being. Brother Bibin Michael extended felicitations on behalf of the community, and warm wishes were shared by all in honor of this significant day.

Happy Birthday Bro. Jeevan

Dec. 06: The community joyously observed Brother Jeevan's birthday, extending heartfelt wishes on this momentous day. During the Holy Mass, the community came together in prayer, seeking blessings for Brother Jeevan and his family. Brother Anugrah conveyed felicitations on behalf of the community, while Brother Bibin Michael added to the celebration by singing a song as a tribute to him.

Dec. 14: Father Bitaju offered his blessings to the star crafted by the brothers. The community expressed gratitude to Brothers Bibin P. Michael, Anugrah, and Jeevan for their initiative and dedicated efforts in creating the star.

Feast of St. John De Matha with Children

Dec. 17: The community celebrated the feast of our Founder St. John de Matha by inviting children from two homes for children in difficult circumstances. Brothers do their ministry with these children on weekends. There were about 40 children who came and we had the festal lunch with them and afternoon the children and the brothers performed different cultural programs. It was …

Christmas Eve

Dec. 24: The Christmas services in the community commenced with the blessing of the Crib. Father Biju Nedumparambil bestowed his blessings upon the Crib. The Fathers expressed appreciation for those individuals who contributed to the success of the Crib and other decorations. The community came together to attend the Christmas Eve Mass at the Parish.

Dec. 25: The community joyously celebrated the nativity of Jesus, with Father Pradeep leading the Holy Mass for the congregation. He extended warm wishes to everyone on this special occasion.
