Holy Mass for Third Order Families

The community specially dedicated certain days for the Third-Order members to join the community for the Holy Mass as part of the Lenten season.

Welcome

March 05: The community welcomed the parents of Bro. Bibin Michael as they came for the passport biometric verification to Bangalore.

Happy Birthday Madona

March 07: The community wished greetings of birthday to Ms. Madona, daughter of Mr. Paul, one of our third Order member. We prayed specially for her during Holy Mass and wished her.

March 08: The community welcomed Mr. Alberto as he came from Spain to visit the communities and make a brief study on contemporary religious issues in India for SIT International. The community arranged the necessary visits for his purpose.

Annual Retreat for Brothers

March 16-21: The community arranged annual retreat for brothers. Fr. Jithin Abhram MCBS animated the retreat for five days. Brothers commented that the retreat days were an eye opening for them and expressed their gratitude for the meaningful retreat.

Feast of St. Joseph and the Renewal of Vows

March 19: The community celebrated the feast of St. Joseph. Thirteen Simple Professed Brothers renewed their vows on this special day. Fr. Biju O.SS.T. received the renewal of the vows of brothers. The community congratulated and prayed for the Brothers.

Reception of Minor Orders

March 20: Brothers Bibin K. S. and Doyal Saji received the minor Orders of Karoya and Heupadiyakona from Bishop Alex Tharamangalam, along with the CMI brothers at Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram during the Holy Qurbana. Bros. Bibin and Doyal completed their second year of theology at St. Peter's Pontifical Seminary, Bangalore.

Trinitarian Sisters, THRISSUR

Death Anniversary of the Co-foundress

March 15: “Even though you are no longer here, your memories will never fade.” Today we celebrated death anniversary of our co-founder with special prayers. Mother Mariana was a great person in the life of each Trinitarian Sisters.

Feast of St. Joseph

March 19: “The dignity and glory of St. Joseph is such that the Eternal Father conferred upon him with greatest liberality, a likeness to his own supremacy over his incarnate Son.” Today we celebrated the feast of St. Joseph with a prayer of gratitude for being part of the salvation.

Maundy Thursday

March 28: “A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another”. This is the day that the Lord has given as to reflect on his love for us. We as a community we wash each other’s legs with the same way as Jesus taught as.

Celebration of Pardon

March 30: “There is no love without forgiveness and there is no forgiveness without love.” We celebrated the celebration of asking pardon as a important day of the congregation.

Easter Celebrations

March 31: “The great gift of Easter is hope." "Let your light shine before others." "No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn." "The day the Lord created hope was probably the same day he created spring”. Yes Jesus has Risen from the dead. As a Trinitarian family we celebrated Easter with Trinitarian Fathers. Holy Trinity Ashram, THRISSUR

Welcome Mr. Alfredo

March 07: The community was very happy to have Alfredo with us and the community extended a warm welcome to him in the community as well as India. It was a cherishing moment that we had time with him. He enjoyed a lot with us and the community too.

Welcome to Family of Bro. Anson

March 11: The family of brother Anson visited the community and the community was glad to welcome them. They spend some time with us and they returned back. It was a joyful moment to spend the time with them and they were very happy.

Welcome Fr. Santhosh

March 14: Father Santhosh, OSST had a short visit to our community and community gave a hearty welcome to him. The community was very glad have him and also showed gratitude towards him for the help he has been doing to us. We all enjoyed his presence in the community.

Welcome to Sr. Maria and Family

March 14: Sister Maria who is the vocation promoter of our brothers Dewan & Darius and the brothers who are in Assam visited the community and the community gave a warm welcome to her. The community also thanks her for helping us for vocation work.

Way of the Cross for Persecuted Christians

March 17: All the Third Order Members had the way of the Cross for the Persecuted Christians and the community joined them. We had a meaningful prayer and way of the Cross. Final Blessing and the message was given by Fr. Diljo.

Renewal of Vows - Bro. Walter

March 19: The community celebrated the feast day of St. Joseph. As well as brother Walter also renewed his Temporary Vows. The community wished and congratulated him. And also the community assured the prayer support to him.

Happy Birthday Bro. Anson

March 23: The community celebrated the birthday of Bro. Anson. The community was happy to celebrate his birthday and wished him all the wishes and greetings of the day. The community also prayed for him and for his family.

Happy Birthday Bro. Darius

March 27: The community was happy to celebrate the birthday of Bro. Darius. The community assured prayer for him and for his family. It was wonderful day to celebrate his birthday.

Easter Celebrations

March 31: The community had Easter Vigil celebration along with the inmates of Mercy Home. Fr. Antony was the main celebrant and Fr. Diljo concelebrated. On this auspicious night the community had meaningful celebration of Easter and beseeched the blessings of Easter.

Welcome to Mr. Alfredo

March 10: Mr. Alfredo was extended a warm welcome as he came to visit the SIT India programs and the mission in Assam by the Trinitarians.

Blessing of RFTS Residence

Fr. Sunil blessed the new house of the Regular Franciscan Tertiary Sisters (RFTS) who joined the DeMatha School community as teaching staff. They rented a house near the school and it was blessed by Fr. Sunil, the Minister Conventual. There are three Sisters in the community.
