Birthday of Bro. Bibin

Sept. 2: The community celebrated the Birthday of Bro. Bibin Micheal. Bro. Bibin is doing his first year philosophy at Dharmaram College, Bangalore.

Sept. 3: The community celebrated the festival of Onam. Brothers made a beautiful Pookalam and at noon, we had an Onam Sadhya with all the members of the community. After-noon there were different sports items conducted for the members of the community, which was both fun and enjoyment.

Feast of the Nativity of Blessed Mother

Sept. 8: The community celebrated the Birthday of our Blessed Mother. Fr. Mathew presided over the Holy Mass and preached.

Welcome to Fr. Jojo George

Sept. 18: Fr. Jojo George made a short visit to our community as he was travelling back to Assam after his annual retreat and holidays. The community welcomed him warmly.

Happy Birthday to Rev. Joseph Muthuplackal

Sept. 21: The community celebrated the birthday of Fr. Joseph and Feast day of Fr. Mathew and Bro. Jobit.

Visit of Archbishop J. Moolachira

Sept. 27: The community was blessed by the short visit of His Grace Rev. John Moolachira, the Archbishop of Guwahati. Archbishop offered the Holy Mass with the community.

The Nativity of Our Lady

Sept. 8: Community celebrated the feast of the Nativity of Blessed Mother. Community had a festal celebration along with the Holy Eucharist; rosary procession, litany and novena to our Lady.

Welcome to Fr. Bitaju

Sept. 12: The community welcomed Fr. Bitaju, O.SS.T. who arrived to take classes for the brothers for five days.

The Nativity of Our Lady

Sept. 8: Community celebrated the feast of the Nativity of Blessed Mother. Community had a festal celebration along with the Holy Eucharist; rosary procession, litany and novena to our Lady.

The Exaltation of the Holy Cross

Sept. 14: The community celebrated the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. Fr. Augustine was the main celebrant and gave a homily. He emphasized the need of Crosses in the life to be carried to follow Jesus.

Birthday Celebration

Sept. 27: The community celebrates the birthday of the birthdarian of the month. He was wished and felicitated and there was a get together followed by Agape.

Teachers Day and Staff Meeting

Sept. 27: The Community Celebrated the Teachers Day together with staff meeting. Fr. Sunil welcomed and felicitated the teaching Staff and highly regarded their valuable services to the seminary and for the candidates’ formation. Followed by the teachers’ day celebration there was a Staff meeting in which each teacher evaluated the curriculum programme and each brother. Fr. Jins welcomed all the staff …

Teachers' Day Celebrations

Sept. 5: We began our Teacher’s Day program in the school around 10 am. The students staged the program and felicitated the teachers. All the teachers were happy and Fr. Biju thanked all the students for their fabulous program.

Feast of St. Teresa of Calcutta

Sept. 5: We had mass at 6:30 am presided over by Fr. Biju. The Missionaries of Charity Sisters arranged a grand breakfast for all the participants of the Mass.

North-East CRI Gathering and Pastoral Conference

Sept. 6: Fr. Biju attended the five days program from Sept. 6-10. It was conducted at Social Forum and DBI respectively. He shared with community about the program and how it went on well.

Onam Celebration

The community celebrated the festival of Onam with several friends and faithful who come to the community for spiritual needs. An Onam special lunch was hosted for all.

New Arrival

The community had the new arrival of a calf as the cow delivered. The mother and the calf are doing well.

Manuring the Rubber Plants

As we were blessed with a lot of rain fall this month, we manured the rubber plants.

Welcome to Fr. Sibi Puthussery

Sept. 1: Fr. Sibi Puthussery, O.SS.T. was welcomed to the community as he finished his term at the parish in Formia and became the conventual of our community. He was reached here by the parish priest Don Mariano and the two assistant priests of the former parish.

Feast of Madonna del Riposo

Sept. 1-10: The feast of Madonna del Riposo, the parish Feast of Ventosa, was celebrated. On the final day, there was a solemn Mass followed by a solemn procession. The Mass was presided over by Fr. Simone, the Forane Vicar of Minturno Forane.
