Aug. 18: The Trinitarian Brothers in Bangalore collected necessary food items, clothes and sanitary items to be distributed in the flood affected area of Kerala.  Students of Theology, Philosophy and aspirants participated in this drive for collection under the leadership of Fr. Xavier.

Divine Retreat Centre, Chalakudy

The Trinitarians also expressed their solidarity and support to the Divine Retreat Centre which was severely affected during the flooding. Fr. Jaison Kullampally, O.SS.T., & Fr. Sunil Thoppiltharayil, O.SS.T.,  and the members of the prayer team that works in collaboration with De Matha Spiritual Centre spent half a day to clean the centre.

Mr. Paulose Ouseph, Meloor

This is a family from St. Thomas Church, Santhipuram in the archdiocese of Eranakulam-Angamaly. Their electrification was damaged due to the flooding and were not able to repair it. They were introduced by Fr. Sibi Puthussery, O.SS.T., and we helped them for the electrification of the house. The family remains grateful to the help that is rendered to them.

They are from Aratupuzha, which is in the district of Thrissur. This is a Hindu family. This place was very badly affected by the flood. They lost their utensils and the Trinitarians reached to them through Fr. Jaison Kullampally, O.SS.T., and provided them the necessary things.
