Welcome

Feb. 01: Fr. Xavier Kachappily visited the community along with one of the OSJ Fathers. The community made a warm welcome for them. The community appreciated his company with our friars in Assam.

Feast of Presentation of the Lord

Feb, 02: The Community made a spiritual celebration of the Presentation of the Lord. Fr. Saneesh offered the Holy Eucharist and preached the homily, concelebrated by Fr. Bitaju. Fr. Saneesh commented on making our own presentations a memorable one.

Welcome to Fr. Pradeep

Feb. 03: Fr. Pradeep Puthenveetil O.SS.T., the Treasurer of our Vice-Province made an official visit to the community for the internal auditing. Thanks to Fr. Pradeep for your visit and timely corrections.

Feast of Our Holy Reformer

Feb. 14: We had the solemn celebration of the feast of St. John the Baptist of the Conception, the Reformer of the Order. Fr. Jins, the Minister celebrated the Holy Eucharist and preached the homily.

Farewell to Parish Priest

Feb. 15: We gave a warm sent off to Frs. Simon Thermadom and Anuwin Thanikkal, the Parish Priest and the Asst. Parish Priest at our parish, St. Thomas Church, Aranattukara. We acknowledged their service and company with us and wished all the best for their new missions.

Sharing by Mr. Daimy David

Feb. 16: There was a sharing session from Mr Daimy David, who is great Jesus Youth Missionary to various countries. The experience sharing was an elevating and enriching one. He inspired our hearts with experiences of Divine Providence and how a laity can participate in the missionary activities of the Church.

Performance Day

Feb. 19: The Community set the Performance Day for the brothers. The Music and Instrument teachers were specially acknowledged and appreciated for their collaboration and patience by Fr. Bitaju. Each one was given an opportunity to perform from what they have learnt for the last academic year. Based on their performances and hard work put in learning it, the community gave gifts …

Feb. 26: The Family of Bro. Asher visited the community to wish him on behalf of his birthday. They brought a cake to share the joy of the family with the community. Thanks to the family of Bro. Asher.

Trinitarian Sisters, THRISSUR

Anniversary of Foundation Day

On February 2nd together with the celebration of world consecrated day we the Trinitarian Sisters celebrated our 137th founding anniversary. Holy Mass was offered for the good growth of the congregation and thankfully remembered all the pioneers of the congregation. The professed sisters renewed their religious vows together with all the sisters of the congregation during the special prayer.

Happy Birthday Sr. Simin

On 14th of February we celebrated the birthday of Sr. Simin. The community had a special prayer service and joined her in the celebration.

Feast of St. John Britto

Feb. 04: Community celebrated the feast of the St. John Britto. Fr. Rinto celebrated the Holy Eucharist and delivered the message.

Happy birthday Bro. Gabriel

Feb. 12: Community celebrated the birthday of Bro. Gabriel. Community wished him and prayed for him on his birthday.

Hearty welcome to Fr. Simine OSST.

Feb. 13: Fr. Simine joined the community for a week long classes for the brothers. The Brothers appreciated the classes for them.

Third Order Meeting

Feb. 20: Trinitarian Third Order Meeting was held in the community. Fr. Simine led the adoration and gave a talk on the importance of deepening faith in Christ.

Visit to Assam Mission

Feb. 16-20: Fr. Biju visited the second year novices in the mission in Assam. Fr. Jomish the Spiritual Director of the novices also accompanied him on his visit to Mission. They visited the homes of Bros. Adman and Gabrieal.

Ash Monday

Feb. 28: Community began the Lenten observances on Ash Monday. Fr. Rinto presided over the ceremony and delivered the message.

Happy Birthday Bro. Sushil

Feb. 04: The Community celebrated the birthday of Br. Sushil. The community wished him and prayed for him and his family. He is completing his philosophical studies in DVK, Bangalore, by March 2022.

Happy Birthday Bro. Abin Varghese

Feb. 11: The Community celebrated the birthday of Br. Abin. The community wished him and prayed for him and his family. He is doing second year Theology in DVK, Bangalore.

Feast of Holy Reformer

Feb. 14: We had celebrated the feast of St. John Baptist of the Conception. Fr. Joseph offered the Holy Eucharist and delivered the homily. Sisters from the Holy Cross Convent were present for the Mass.

Community Picnic

Feb. 27: The community had gone for a one day picnic to Bheemeshwari, Mandya District, Karnataka. The community had a great time together in this adventurous tourist place. We spent one full day there. Brothers enjoyed all the games and boating.

Tritva Bhavan, ASSAM

Welcome!

Feb. 16: The community in Tamalpur welcomed Fr. Biju and Fr. Jomis to the community. They came in order to visit the novices who are doing their mission experience in Assam. Fr. Jomis is the spiritual Director of the novices. They visited all the brothers and their parishes and they had good time here.

Ethnic Day

Feb. 19: DeMatha School in Assam celebrated the Ethnic Day in the School. Some cultural programmes were conducted for the children. All the parents also were present for the programme. We also had invited some guests for the programme; we invited a youtuber to entertain the children with their small dramas.
