171st Birthday of the Founder

With joyful hearts we celebrated the birthday of our founder Father Francis Mendez. We had a prayer on that special day. Fr. Mendez’s life was a life that praised work. He did everything with love, for love, from love. He did everything thinking of giving glory to God. Now, what is “giving glory to God”? If we see the life of our founder we will be able to know it: to look for the good, ours and of others; do whatever we have to do with love; always prioritize mercy, leaving aside judgments and prejudices; do what you love and love what you do. Giving Glory to God is seeing his Love in everything and putting it where it cannot be seen. It is knowing how to go beyond ourselves and our circumstances to meet others in daily life, every day, in the ordinary events.
