SUMMARY:Prayer Week for the Persecuted Christians
DESCRIPTION:Under the banner of SIT\, we the parish community observed a week long program for the persecuted Christians. We had animated Holy mass\, Adoration\, Rosary with reflections\, etc. To create awareness of the persecution we placed flexes at all our substations. We entrusted various organizations of the parish to animate the program. Fr. Simine designed flex and a video.

SUMMARY:Prayer Week for the Persecuted Christians -
DESCRIPTION:We prepared one week observance for the persecuted Christians which included animated Holy Eucharist\, adoration\, rosary\, intercessory prayers etc.  On Saturday (17th October) we began with a small procession (strictly following the Covid-19 protocol) with a torch.  Fr. Jolly placed the torch and Fr. Joshi celebrated the Holy mass. Each day till 23rd it was entrusted to various groups. We have printed big flexes and exposed them at seven mass centers to create awareness about Christian persecution around the globe. Fr. Simine designed the flex and a video program. Fr. Sibi provided the materials about persecuted Christians.

SUMMARY:Prayer Day for the Persecuted Christians
DESCRIPTION:The Community set apart this day as a prayer and fasting\, in solidarity with the suffering Church. We avoided the classes on the entire day and spent time in prayer and adoration. At Morning\, after the Holy Mass\, the Holy Eucharist was exposed and the community spent with the Lord in different groups. At 10:30am\, Trinitarian sisters also joined us for the adoration. At 11:30am\, the whole community came together and spent in one-hour of adoration\, led by Frs. Mathew and Jins. As a gesture of our union with the persecuted christians\, we skipped the Lunch. Afternoon\, at 2:30pm\, we had a solemn way of the cross for the persecuted christians. The Trinitarian sisters joined with the community. After the tea\, they dispersed.

SUMMARY:Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians
DESCRIPTION:The Community set apart this day as a ‘Prayer Day’ to pray for the justice to Maria Shahbas. The Holy Eucharist was exposed immediately after the Holy Mass for the whole day and the community spent the time with the Lord. The Trinitarian sisters also joined the community for the evening session.

SUMMARY:Prayer for COVID-19 Victims
DESCRIPTION:On March 15th we were praying together as a Trinitarian Family. From the group of lay Trinitarians we were invited to participate in the Way of the Cross organized around the Mercy Home of the Trinitarian Fathers. It was a very special moment in which we were praying for all the people affected by the Corona Virus. At the end of the Way of the Cross\, Father José Naralely gave us some guidelines on how to live Lent in these times of so much difficulty and suffering for all humanity.  To conclude the meeting we were sharing tea time as a family. \nEl pasado 15 de Marzo estuvimos orando juntos como familia Trinitaria. Desde el grupo de laicos trinitarios se nos invitó a participar en el Via Crucis organizado en los alrededores de la casa de la Misericordia de los Padres Trinitarios. Fue un momento muy especial en el que estuvimos rezando por todas las personas afectadas por el Corona Virus.  Al terminar el Via Crucis\, el Padre José Naralely nos dio algunas orientaciones de cómo vivir la Cuaresma en estos tiempos de tanta dificultad y sufrimiento de toda la humanidad. Para concluir el encuentro estuvimos compartiendo como familia la hora del té.
