DESCRIPTION:The sisters carefully prepared a whole range of cultural programs to honor the nation and commemorate this great holiday. We began with the national anthem and the raising of the flag and then continued with the different programs prepared by the sisters: dances\, songs\, a short story about the Independence of India\, etc. We really enjoyed being able to share together and learn a little more about our nation’s history. \nEl pasado 15 de agosto celebramos en comunidad el día de la Independencia de India. Las hermanas prepararon con mucho cuidado toda una gama de programas culturales para honrar la nación y conmemorar esta gran fiesta. Comenzamos con el himno nacional y el alzamiento de la bandera para luego continuar con los diferentes programas preparados por las hermanas: bailes\, canciones\, un corto relato sobre la Independencia de India\, etc. Disfrutamos muchísimo al poder compartir juntas y aprender un poco más sobre la historia de nuestra nación.
