The community observed Ash Monday this year in a simple manner, as the brothers were engaged in their model examinations. Fr. Pradeep was the main celebrant of the Holy Mass, and Fr. Antony concelebrated. The community also decided to begin the Lenten season by abstaining from meat and fish throughout Lent. The day was observed with prayer, fasting, and devotion, marking the beginning of the Lenten journey in a spirit of sacrifice and spiritual preparation.
