The community congratulated Rev. Fr.Joseph for his hard work and leadership for our Indian foundation.  Through the constant effort by him and his councilors, the India foundation was officially declared as a Vice Province during the last General Chapter. So, the community acknowledged and appreciated Fr. Joseph.
