There were 26 capitulars who actively participated in the Vice Provincial Chapter of Vice Province of St. Michael of the Saints from October 1-5, 2022.  After a time of evaluation and assessment of state of the Vice Province by the Minister Vice Provincial, each of the Council members presented a brief report on their respective areas of responsibilities like Formation, Apostolate, Finance, Media and Publication … Participants were given time to clarify or raise questions in each of the areas.  Afterwards the capitulars were given time for presenting their resolutions and proposals to deliberate and decide.  It was a beautiful time of open debate and dialogue.
