Rev. Binoy was installed as the Pastor of the Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier, Baltimore, Maryland. Archbishop William E. Lori and several Trinitarians were present for the occasion.  Fr. Xavier servers as the associate pastor in the same parish community.
