The community arranged a week-long prayer from 17-23 October for the persecuted by selecting seven countries that experience severe persecution of Christian around the globe.  Each day before the Holy Mass two assigned brothers presented chart paper with pictures and data and a brief description of the situation of the particular country for which we were praying that day.  The seven countries identified were: North Korea, Eritrea, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Nigeria and Pakistan.
